Israel has the knowledge base and support from the best R&D work in the world.
the Jewish people have some exceptional contribution towards science and technology which is overlooked due to the politics and conflicts.
Comparing Bangladesh with Israel is a little unfair, instead of a one liner do check how much Bangladesh is spending on science and technology and if it enjoys the same or at par level of access to new and modern disciplines in the west as Israelis do?

Wtf another thread by @Superboy and its another question. Super boy Make Google your best friend ask these questions and you will get the answers, you so much desire.

Bangladesh Cant afford the R&D after trying to keep up with @BDforever daily needs.:jester:

The simple fact is Bangladesh does not have the human capital needed to develop such technology.

Are you Chinese Canadian or just Canadian? I don't see anything funny to laugh at BD.
Some say he may be Russian, in other post he said his grandfather was in the imperial Japanese army in ww2. All we know is that, he is The SUPERBOY!!

Bangladesh does not develop weapons however there are a few things BD does well.

In the short history since its inception

1. It has reduced child mortality from 180 per 1000 to 24 per 1000 in 2014
2. Education level up from below 25% at independence to 77% currently for 15-24 years old and 58% overall
3. Seen above 5% growth of GDP for the last 20 years
4. Millinum goals on target of being fulfilled
5. Pioneered micro finance
6.11th happiest nation accourdingly to happy planet index.

There are many things BD does badly... But we are resilient optimistic people and we are using our limited resources to feed our people and educate our young. Different countries are at different points in their development and have different priorities. Developing weapons systems is not high in the priority list when we have more fundamental infrastructure gaps to fill
