Yes because according to me GDP per capita is the best statistic to use to identify how advanced a nation is. However, I am not a very knowledgable person so if you know of what better statistic to use then I am happy to learn. I know there are also thing called Human Development Index rankings which also take into account Education and Inequality etc. so maybe you use that?

Qatar does have highest GDP per capita but not in HDI. In HDI rankings, Norway is ranked top. The reason why I am discussing this with you is because I want to learn a better way of identifying how advanced a country is that's why I am asking you what statistics do you use to conclude that China is most advanced nation while Australia and Canada are backward countries.

Actually sorry, Qatar doesn't have highest GDP per capita in the world, it's Luxembourg.
