There are illegal Vietnamese catholic escape to Cambodia because of Vietnam government prosecution of Christian in Vietnam. Up to mid 90's anyone escape Vietnam will be arrest and imprison for allegation of traitors to communist party, same thing China punish anyone try to escape from China.

Living in Xinjiang is the reason for limitation of getting travel paper? Or being a Uyghur.
They don't need an evidence to call someone as terrorists?
They must work well with Turk govt and other nations rather than limit their own citizens right of free traveling, because it is the most basic humanright. How a freedom person was limited the free move around. If they have evidence of someone as criminals just send the list to other nations, interpol. Let guess how many in the list if possible. then why turks in europe did not go turkey back and permanently settled down in europe ? and germany and beyond broke out parades against muslim (it seems mostly to aim at turkish immigrants) not long ago. don't get me wrong ,i just read about that news not long ago
