We are getting these from a country known for ruled by its army generals thru some famous military coup..... Keep it up .... Don't worry Ladakh n Jammu don't feel alienated however beards of Kashmiri mullah do .......

That is indeed not just a piece of paper. Because if that is a piece of paper then Instrument of accession also is. It is not easy to change article or do amendments without 'Jan sehmati' in a democratic country. Pakistan has succeeded in creating pro Pakistani environment there.
