Where does it say 250,000 troops were ready to invade. Also where does it say Russia threatened Turkey would nukes ? The soviet union threatened war for years against western states it isn't anything groundbreaking.

They as a nation are stuck in 1915. Not only that but Azerbaycan has their land occupied by the Armenians so this must be solved as well.

Armenia's economy is in bad shape and over a million people have migrated overseas. Russia keeps Armenia afloat to keep Azerbaijan within its orbit. I don't think Armenia would attack Turkey nor would it be supported by Russia. In a hypothetical war Turkey would overrun Armenia and would cature land connecting it to Azerbaijan proper (Nakhchivan landlocked exclave of Azerbaijan borders Turkey, Iran and Armenia).
