Mini skirts cannot and should not be a blanket statement. Perish the thought. In fact, if anyone has attended what passes for Harley rallies in India, you would agree that there should be serious state sanctioned legislation preventing certain body types from imposing on the general unsuspecting public the sight of them oozing from one.
That said, I am all for nice feminine lingerie. Nothing puts me off more than cotton panties whose elastic has seen better days. Or years. And don't get me started about cotton chikankari bras with anatomically fantastical pointy peaks. I mean, who are these people who design and manufacture those? Where have they ever seen a woman made like that. Please!
On topic, no, terrorist organisations are not responsible for the misrepresentation of Islam. Terrorists represent one part of form of Islam, just as normal peaceful Muslims represent another.
Frankly, as a non Muslim, it is not for me to judge who represents Islam or what Islam is or is not. That's for Muslims to decide and work out among themselves. I have Muslim friends, who are not terrorists. But I also know that the vast and pretty overwhelming majority of terrorists around the world are Muslim. Both are realities. One does not negate the other.
And both represent Islam. Good and bad.
