but these so called Nazi aren't real nazis

Yes the Ukrainian government is a good example.

Russian propaganda works only those susceptible. They don't have any more of a problem than Russia has with its extreme right or the U.S has with its white supremacist. OR as we see in Europe i.e.When extremism grow on one side then the other side also breeds more.
