I have been excusing his English for almost one year now. And every time I ask if it's English comprehension that is his issue. .. he has mocked me claiming I was picking on him and making fun of him

He refused to admit and can't be taught...been trying for one year.

And he has been bullying any other member who doesn't agree with supremacy of China.

Worse yet he even questions me when I ban his friends who were insulting and mocking other members for different opinions.

You see most of us are pro China but when you force us or push us with propaganda and further mock half our members...It kind of becomes annoying and quickly becomes trolling
