Nimitz wasn't the only capital ship the Haiders got in exercises with the USN. Inspired Alert series back in 80s & 90s.

To take out or render useless a CBG during hostilities will not be easy for PN/PAF, but they can definitely inflict damage on it. What PN & PAF need is H-6 bomber with JF-17 & PN MPAs with YJ-12, CM-400AKG, Harpoons, Exocet etc to hit CBG from air while they will need support from refueler aircraft, AWACS, SIGINT & ELINT assets.

To succeed and denting moral of IN it will need a robust surface & subsurface strike support too, at least 5 90B class subs will be needed with 8 type-54A class ships backed by all surface assets PN can get, that can get the job done even if 2 CBGs are sent by IN.

Only possible if IN CBG is berthed off Karachi.
This missile will entail Jf-17 having no drop tanks and jf-17 blk1 having no mid-air refuel has very limited naval range while carrying such a heavy missile. Also it will need escorts and more if-17 carrying similar configurations.
So we are looking at a one way kamikaze? History shows Paf acts otherwise (kargil)

All JF-17s will be upgraded to block-2 and block-1 can't carry ASMs, so JF-17s will be able to go long distance without drop tanks tanks to mid air refueling, also people forgot that PN also have coastal batteries of C-602s (400+ km range) soon they will be mounted on ships too, and those 602s can be guided by 3rd party due to data link.

The anti aircraft carrier missiles are special brand of weapon only Entrusted to us by China
and no one else

This weapon alone Makes JF17 thunder a unique plane which can deliver the goods

Hi sorry to be a little off topic but my goal is to protect and serve Pakistan as a officer in the Pakistan air force as a GDP. Currently i live and study in the United States. I lived in the USA all my live, i am a pakistani citizen. I am currently in high school, my grades are above average, my grades are 84-95 i take many advance classes. I am part of many sports teams and i am currently a class officer. After i gradaute high school i will be getting my degree from a American College in Aerospace Engineering. After that what will i have to do to become a GDP as a officer in the Pakistan Air Force.

You might miss the age restriction if you attempt after University degree always better to go thru recruitment when you are young , that way the Airforce can plan the appropriate training program for you

However if you want to be more of an Engineer , perhaps your University degree might be handy but you have to check the career postings

The use of aircraft carriers is handy if you wanna dictate your will over weaker nations. Or to conquer. For India that cannot handle little crises in the neighborhood an aircraft carrier is just waste of money. Or is it used to run away? Kurup. do you really think you will win next war? Carriers are defended at all costs by all , not just Indians .

You boasting about a hit achieved during an exercise means nothing where the operations are conducted on pre-determined parameters .

As for conquering , different countries use AC for different purpose .

We use it primarily for fleet air defence .

For India that cannot handle little crises in the neighborhood an aircraft carrier is just waste of money.

If it really didn't meant any thing so many nations (almost all of them) wont have been spending millions and billions on Live Fire exercises and battle scenario practices. Or may be they are all not as bright as you are.
