Saudi Arabia has absolute monarchy. Weak. Like China in the 1800s and early 1900s. China overthrew monarchy and became republic and became super power after losing wars to the west and Japan in the 1800s and early 1900s.

PA knows well that it is going to lose it's prestige once a single Pakistani soldiers steps inside Yemen. It will be a huge insult and diplomatic blow when Ansarullah fighters will be uploading videos of Pakistani Soldiers being blown up for the sake of saving a satanic monarchy.
