Another US recession 'cannot be ruled out'

I don't think any single country should fill the power vacuum left by the US.

If China became an imperialistic regime like the US I will be ashamed of China too, because that'd mean China will no longer be "China".

That said, it is not capability that makes the regime, but rather motivation.

Please dont bring China into the same group as USA. China is supreme compared to USA. China should be our role model

In what way is the US imperialistic?

How about starting every single war in the past 10 years (with the exception of wars started under the US's permission by Israel, the US's best ally)?

How about conquering and occupying 2 sovereign and independent nations in defiance of the UN security council?

How about threatening to "obliterate" other countries in the manner of rogue states like North Korea?

How about subsidizing its own farmers to the scale that it causes famine in Africa and then throwing a quarter at the Africans with derision and calling it "aid"?

How about forming massive cartels to control world prices and keep 3rd world countries poor?

How about sponsoring dictators, terrorists and cults?

How about having 700+ military bases around the world outside its borders, when most countries have 1-2?

Just to get us started.

China will never become a terrorist rogue state like the US, but if we ever do, we should be ashamed.

However, the signature of a rogue state is not its power, but its intentions. The US intends to inflict maximum harm on the world, while extracting maximum benefit for itself. That is a rogue state.

The US has introduced democracy to Iraq and Afghanistan, this is a lot fairer for the citizens of these countries and they do not need to worry about their own government killing them. The US is in the process of leaving both countries or plans to.
Are you referring to Hillary Clinton's comments? She said Iran would be totally obliterated if they nuked Israel, America's ally. Fair enough.
The US gives billions in aid to Africa. It is also always the first on the scene when a natural disaster takes place.
Every country has dodgy dealings.
The US only governs itself. It has no empire. It does exert its influence, but the same can be said of many countries. I'm sure China influences countries in Asia, does it not?

Nope, you're wrong on that too.

The US directly governs South Korea through command of the South Korean military.

It also directly controls the governments sitting in Kabul and Baghdad.

So yes the US does directly rule other nations, it is an empire, and it does not merely exert its influence.

There is no democracy in Iraq or Afghanistan. There's no democracy in the US itself, why would it be spreading democracy?

On behalf of Iraq and Afghanistan we wish to thank America for introducing great democracy to thier nations. NOT

The article says the US will release command. That is just a technicality, an old law that still exists. Does the US make laws and policies in SK? Are the South Korean leaders American? Do the Americans dictate Korean military policy? No.
As I said the Americans will soon leave the invaded countries, of course they have some control as they were the ones who overthrew the government. They are gradually transferring power.

I'm sorry but how can you say that there is no democracy in the US? That is ridiculous.
The Americans despise imperialism.

You are dilusional. They do and will control Kabul and Baghdad even when they are not thier. You are naive to think any other way. They bribe and bully and lie other nations into submission. They are gradually transfering power? You live in a fantasy world. They have demolished and raped these nations. They have no $$$ left to carry on with thier barbaric ways.

I am naive? Yet you claim America is not a democracy? What is it then?
Yes they are transferring power. The UK has pulled out of Iraq, the Americans are trying to. That is a fact. The Americans have also trained and built up the Afghan army so that they can rule by themselves. The Taliban and Saddam Hussein were not nice people, surely you see that? You can call the Americans barbaric but at least they do not use chemical weapons on their own people and chop hostages heads off.
