Which is why I raised the point that we can move 'em on the B-Variant (if) they have the EW Suite available.

That itself should be enough to put aside the 'capable male pilots' & 'physical fitness' conversation to rest.

They could also be offered the role as 'Instructor' if they've achieved the number of Hours required.

There is a very good reason for that, actually a couple of good reasons

PAF is considered/regarded as the pride of the nation and a large number of young Pakistanis have a passion to join it as GD Pilot

It's a relatively very small force compared to USAF, and that results in high competition to make it to the limited number of Pilot positions

This competition affords PAF an opportunity to pick the best for the most coveted fighter pilot role

Not to forget PAF's top notch pilot training to bring the best out of the passionate young pilots

and lastly the passion is fired by the indian enimosity and their 4 times bigger airforce

Just show off, in my opinion. Practically they cant sustain more than 6 Gs or any kind of operation pressure. Decision making is poor is critical scenarios. Moreover she will be grounded the day she will get married or pregnant. Please leave some things to men only.

The female pilot is the one in the inverted F-16. Took this picture at an airshow here in California. So looks like female pilots can fly just fine.

That F-16 is too dumb to tell a difference whether flown by a male or female. The rules are written in blood through the history of the profession, meet the minimums and keep up with the standards.

And that female Thunderbird F-16 pilot can probably lift 4 times more weights than our average PAF Viper jock can.

Yes in my experience women do everything more sensinly and respindibly. However women drivers of cars are a huge entertainment to watch modt of the time but not always
