Shiva Sena is completly wrong here.Two wrongs don't make one right.One should ask the Shiv Sainiks,What about Rapes committed by other religions,is it alright,tolerable,justifiable.About the incident in Afghanistan,one should remind them Afghanistan is not part of India while Bangalore certainly is.They should be told,they are Indian citizens & should be more concerned about India.Further Uddhav should have been reprimanded for the poor behavior shown by their MP's.The MP's from Sena have to right to protest over the quality of food but it should be done in a dignified manner,not by thrusting chapati in the throats of the chief minister, PWD minister, chief secretary and Bipin Mallick…

Kind of irrelevant though. We are interested in how elected members of Parliament are behaving not what others do. I don't buy this hullabaloo about this guy breaking his fast etc....but the MP's behavior was obnoxious & would be offensive regardless of the religion of the person at the receiving end. Bringing in religion actually ends up diluting the point being made.

Firstly, lets not forget that since he was a Muslim so much heat is being generated (Or discussed so widely) otherwise this would have been another incident where our benign politicians would be off the hook in one or two days at the max. The media and our so called seculars are more focused on his religion rather than the fool ( and his goondagiri ) the IRCTC supervisor had to suffer.

Secondly, there was no need for the Shiv Sena to defend those guys with rapes during the month of Ramzan. Simply sticking to apologizing and to their stand of not knowing the person being a Muslim and observing roza should have sufficed. They have only added fuel to the fire, as they say you need two hands to clap!

The great Indian hypocrisy is for everyone to see.

The MP did not know the chap serving him was a Muslim, this was said as much by 'saamna' as well. Our MP's have a God complex.
Making it a religious issue only turned the spotlight away from the real issue. I think I blame ToI for that.
