He was from Punjab, that says it all he wasn't fired by anyone for "honesty", "Integrity" and "Whistle Blowing".....But I don't know why PTI didn't acquired the services of people mentioned above?

Ex-chairman of NADRA is out of the country because your Nooras threatened him and his family and filed an FIR against him - even ISB High Court passed a judgement that he was treated grossly. If he was still in PK, then he could have been hired as he is a highly skilled professional (white collar).
