Uh Indian Jammu & Kashmiris who wish to go overseas are free to go. Unless if you are a terrorist or a terrorist sympathizer in which case tough luck to them. Dont forget Farah Anwar Pandith, the first ever Special Representative to Muslim Communities for the United States Department of State, is an Indian Kashmiri .

Sending Mirpuris overseas as part of the compensation, who come back with pounds and make holiday homes in "Azad" Kashmir isn't really the yardstick for development you see. If India gets rid of the Article 370, and let other Indians buy property in J&K, the mansions that will be made then will crap all over these "Mansions" of yours.

Indian citizens from other states and women from Jammu & Kashmir who marry men from other states can not purchase land or property in Jammu & Kashmir.

Whereas Pakistan gave the 1974 Act to the to "Kashmiris",

No one can contest elections of any kind in "Azad Kashmir" without taking oath of allegiance to Kashmir 's accession to Pakistan . If someone refuses to sign this allegiance, his nomination would be rejected for not filling in accession to Pakistan oath document.

Every though why? Because you are illegal occupant of Kashmir. They don't want anything to do with you, full stop. Get it in your head, 60+ years are enough for intelligent people to realise, but Indians don't get it. Reason is quite obvious, they let Kashmir go, the whole house of card would be down. Oh noes, didnt know India committed fraud with Kashmir. But then why is Pakistan so interested in Kashmir when it had nothing to do with Kashmir in the first place?

Date and time line were completely against China in Tibet, yet the middle kingdom BS triumphed. Just like what China did in Tibet, India too should follow China's footsteps in Kashmir.
