Possible scenarios:

1) ANA could fracture into different factions and start fighting each other. Some factions could join the Taliban... some would resist.

2) ANA could launch a coup to take over the Government.

3)ANA could collapse.

The Americans are probably thinking this as well considering what happened in Iraq after the left.

Even a militia has more fight in them than the Afghan army.
