let me correct you , it's killing civilian not Muslim civilian , they have the same record ,even worse in Vietnam ,in panama they killed several time more civilian than military . some example of USA army love for attacking civilian is for example when they attacked granada they deliberately bombed a mental hospital .

ISIS is an american invention , they carried out the tasks of united states military without the US banner . it's like obama's mass production of drone wars really if you think about it . of course it was hillary clinton who came up with the idea of isis not obama , that's why president trump calls her a criminal.
