1. All the article says is the crew is safe and working to resolve the issue with the relavent authorities. Which part did you construe to be triumph or defeat?

2. The reason for the ship being stranded is also mentioned in the article, unless the entire global shipping industry is in a conspiracy to praise India and hide it's flaws, where is the failure ? And how is it being showcased as a triumph?

3. Are you sure you read the article in its entirety or did some sort of reflex kick in as soon as india was mentioned that you've vomited us this thread.

Clearly, this thread is about the vicious lies that the Indian media propagates and not about people making something out of nothing and poorly at that.

The big difference is that we identified a problem with our pilots, the press made a big hue and cry about we did something to fix it. We fired and arrested the pilots not celebrated them. BTW their problem was they cheated on some written test.

Indians on the other hand are celebrating the incompetence and failures of their people through self deception. The ship stranded because of total power failure which is crew error. It’s a non serious crew. Look at the other story on what they were doing before entering the Suez. More things will come out as the investigations start.

Hardly a week goes by when we don’t hear the chest thumping from the Indians but within days it fizzles out and becomes an embarrassments. Whether it is India’s handling of Covid better than Europe or Indian saving the world with its Vaccine and now this.
