Trying to understand extension exhaust pipes on Al-Khalid when compared to these two. Why so many pipes on Al-Khalid?

Air Intake & Exhaust.
Water was not deep enough in US Tank Case & the title is wrong tank can't swim. to swim it must float and\have a propeller.
Russian tank 1 air intake. exhaust can work underwater But the deeper you are more force required for exchaust.
But Russian tank was too deep and exhaust inside water.

Pakistan Tank 3 Poles. One exchaust other engine air intake not sure about third could be cabin intake or else.
