AIIMS endorses Ayurveda for rheumatoid arthritis

not sure why you think its negative.. what about chanting some mantras to cure snakebite...
will I be negative if I say I dont want it.
In terms of English language grammar.. may be... :pop:

the point is these medicines have not been tested... if I suffer from a disease that has got no cure and there is some ayurvedic medicine being tried.. I will sign up for it.. so that humanity benefits from the results.

Homeopathy is quackery.. I would rather drink cocacola to ward off evil diseases.. :cheesy:

Why are you EXAGGERATING and twisting facts

This thread was about rheumatoid arthiritis
Not For snake bites and heart disease

And homeopathy does indeed work for many people

I have seen large crowds of people in homeopathic clinics

Please understand AGAIN that human bodies are all different at the
cellular and molecular level

What works for one person may or may not work for another

Even in case of antibiotics ; pain killers ;ANTI allergens ; blood pressure medicines
there are MANY different types medicines in allopathy

When one does not work or has side effects
doctors change the molecule and prescribe another

That I don't know, what I know for sure is that Homeopathy works, and it works for non-believers also. :)

Btw, you didn't reply to the other post! :pop:
did you even read the well know trial method.. and why you should not trust your own senses/experience.
I was 'cured' of my backpain..twice..by homeopathy.. I know how counterintutive it is to disregard one's own experience.
you are a smart guy.. I guess you know better.. why not read about homeopathy.. how it started.. whats the funda.

I can vouch for Ayurveda. My mother has been suffering from Rheumatoid Arthritis. We spent lots of money on allopethic treatment but to no avail. Her treatment in renowned Kottakal Ayurvaidyashala of Kerala helped her a lot.

Traditional medicines work where others fail but we have to be cautious about quacks.

Agreed traditional medicines rep has been damaged a lot by quaks

NEW DELHI:

@hinduguy
Do you still feel Ayurveda is just a collection of bogus practices .

Ayurveda is basically people trying to do the best with what they had. Nature was not designed around human beings, so sometimes there can be solutions and sometimes there are not. In some cases lifestyle changes can have long health benefits and cures. In others (like cancer), it is ridiculous to expect solutions from nature 'as is'. If there are, then that's the lucky part. But generally things won't be that way- a serious condition is where the disease is able to completely dominate it's natural surroundings.

I think the best way to bring them together- day to day life use Ayruveda, will keep your basic lifestyle healthy and away from LOTS of needless ailments. Serious conditions, it should be Allopathy.
