Some of you may not believe me but I said it couple of months ago... One of my relative met with Lord Nazir when there was no talk of Anarchy march and "baaton baaton main" he said Nawaz will resign in August as the environment will be created like that.

There is a reason I have been stern opposer of this anarchy march since day 1,
Rather now it is being made obvious in an attempt to blackmail the script writers to do something drastic. To me the 'plot' is becoming more and more obvious--yes, it takes some time for me to put the blame, being of a cautious nature that I am. But now I am almost certain PAT was put into work because of the loyal few thousands TuQ would be able to bring to the table. These, unlike the educated cadres of PTI, are fanatical, steadfast, disciplined--and POOR. They could be expected to stay in adverse weather conditions, face up police actions and even sacrifice life. And, being poor, they are easier to be mobilized--pay Rs. 500 a day per head, for example. But behind them would be the 'educated' façade of Imran Khan with women and children. This is not so dissimilar to the Islamist using Dr. Aafia's graduation photo to advance their 'cause' while conveniently downplaying her head-scarf photos... But I digress.
In this context--we should even question the rhetoric of Model Town 'massacre'. Yes, it was a 'massacre' but by who? Who had to gain the most from it? While I want that to be investigated and fire SS if he is guilty I find it VERY hard to believe a sitting govt would at the top level want blood shed on its hands so casually--especially after the rift with the Army over the GEO/Hamid Mir a few weeks before.
Folks: We all know how dirty and ugly Pakistani politics has been. The protagonists of the 'New Pakistan' are perhaps even dirtier and uglier than those of the 'Old Pakistan'.
