What's new

Abdulaziz bin Salman: The Kingdom is no longer only an oil country, but one of the strongest competitors in the field of energy

Turkey has 344.000 tons of Thorium reserves ...
( 3rd biggest reserve in the world after Australia and The US )

Australia489,00018.7%
US400,00015.3%
Turkey344,00013.2%
India319,00012.2%
Brazil302,00011.6%
Venezuela300,00011.5%
Norway132,0005.1%
Egypt100,0003.8%
Russia75,0002.9%

only 200.000 tons of Thorium reserves can provide Turkey's 1.000 years electricity

Thorium based nuclear energy is future
Thorium fuel cycle can offer several potential advantages over a uranium fuel cycle
( stronger , cleaner and safer )

Also Electric Cars are future .... ( in the next 20 years all Cars will be powered by electric in the world )
and Turkey develops its own Electric Cars , Buses , Trains

also LITHIUM produced by Turkey from Boron waste ( the first time in the world )
We will use Lithium that we produce for our indigenous electric car TOGG
and Turkey has 73% of boron reserves in the world

Today : oil-gas
Tomorrow : Thorium

TURKEY has bright future

The Turkish government has made it a priority to increase the share of renewable sources in the country’s total installed power to 30% by 2023 ( Solar , Wind , Hydropower , Geothermal ) Turkey has everything

and the total investment cost of the renewable energy investments realized by Turkey is $85 billion

What was that?! Mind fart of an troll?!
You need farm scale numbers of drones to do something
I know your mind can't process it but we can export it to many countries just open a map
Our giga projects also need this scale energy
Please don't act like a clown understand reality
My dear you are talking to an electrical engineer who actually worked in photovoltaic plant..these Saudi plans are pie in the sky...export electricity to where..everybody around Saudi also has sunshine so if they decide to have solar power they can just put up a plant and do not need thousand of miles transmission lines...so economical speaking since cost of doing transmission which is major factor is not there and as such price per kilowatt will be much cheaper....may be they do not teach economy back in Saudi but if you intend to sell something to someone you better do your math....this is where source of the energy (sunshine) is available to most in the neighborhood.

Small countries can't do that they need their lands like Bahrain and Qatar
Countries like Iraq and Yemen need this energy from Saudi
Yes every country in middle east can do it but do you think they are going to do it?
Also we need it for our future
