i appreciate the hanging verdict but judge should be reasonable not sentimental, there was no need to hang him thrice

well no one give's a damn about what you think and he should be hanged 10 times for all we care Rape isn't allowed -.- Precise he is gonna die after the first hanging he wont feel the second or third one :3

This was the verdict of the session court to give three death penalties to the perpetrator. This does not mean that he will be hanged thrice physically. What this means is that if the verdict is challenged in high court, high court reserves the right to overrule only one death sentence. So that means two will still remain. Similarly the supreme court can also overrule one sentence, and still one sentence would remain. The last sentence can be overruled by the presidential pardon which is dictated by our constitution, so the third sentence can be overruled only if the president of Pakistan deems it necessary.

Frankly speaking, no one pardons a rapist, but this is how our judicial system works. Food for thought for the friends thinking that he would be hanged thrice physically

Its pretty damn stupid for a country like Pakistan not to have death penalty. I mean, we have terrorists sitting and waiting to be rescued because of 'human rights'. In my opinion, the moment you become a terrorist or rape-murder someone, you lose the right to live.
Even if we were to say that death penalty is against human rights, its not practical for Pakistan not to have it, atleast until things improve.

These human rights people should realise that when someone decides to rape-murder a child, he loses the right to be called human.
I'm all for human rights, but sometimes enough is enough. Death penalty is needed in a country like Pakistan. They should work on abolishing it in the US or other developed countries, where the authorities can actually manage prisoners properly.

Hanging him! Paying someone to kill him, valuable time being wasted on him and then disposing of his body, it's just too much.

Get a dozen of these fellas and keep them in a nice enclosure.

Push the child rapist in. No need for an executioner, no time is wasted and no body afterwards (crocs digest bones.)
