New York model files a lawsuit claiming that the wealthy son of a former Afghan defense minister stalked and raped her after she rejected his advances during a trip to Miami
Sarah Goolden has accused Hamed Wardak of attacking her twice during a trip that the pair two took to Miami on Independence Day weekend 2018, The New York Post reports.
The stunning blonde has filed a lawsuit against him in Manhattan Federal Court, in which she alleges Wardak told her afterwards: 'You’re just a little blonde model. Who will believe you?.'

Goolden met Wardak, who is a Georgetown University graduate, around ten years ago through a friend when she was a college student in Washington D.C.
He is the son of Abdul Rahim Wardak, who served in the cabinet of former Afghanistan President Hamid Karzai until 2012.
Goolden, 29, told the New York Post: 'He bought me gifts. Of course, he always told me there were no strings attached. He uses his money as a tool to influence almost everybody in his life.'
Wardak’s lawyer, Alexis Fields, told the publication that Goolden's claims are 'entirely false,' and claimed she is 'attempting to manipulate the current political and anti-immigrant climate to her tactical advantage.'
Goolden said that she agreed to date Wardak, 43, after he courted her for years. But she said Wardak allegedly became violent during a trip they took to Miami about a month after they started dating, according to the lawsuit.
Wardak falsely accused her of cheating and reacted by 'screaming and pulling her by her hair' and taking her out of bed, the lawsuit obtained by The Post states.

She tried to leave the next day but could not because the building's elevators were not working at the time, according to Goolden.
He later apologized and the couple went out a short time later with friends. She alleges that Wardak then proposed in front of friends that night.
She said she accepted out of fear he would react violently and wanted to end the relationship in private.
However she then claimed Wardak then held her down and sexually assaulted her, the lawsuit states.
'It’s a romantic night… You should want to be alone with your fiance,' Wardak allegedly told her, as Goolden said she was 'terrified.'

She subsequently left two days later, but Wardak allegedly threatened her and said he would 'ruin' her life, have her followed.
He allegedly said he would 'make her look like a con-artist' and that he would sue her to drown her in legal fees, according to court papers.
Wardak has filed two lawsuits against Goolden, the first accusing her of seeking to make money from the relationship. He has also sought the return of $20,000 he claims he paid for treatment for her sick dog.
She claims that since the alleged attack he has stalked her for a year. According to records seen by The Post, he was arrested twice in Manhattan for violating an order of protection Goolden obtained against him.
Gooldens’ attorney Walker Harman said he 'is a sick person and he needs to be stopped.'
'This has been the most traumatic thing I’ve ever gone through,” Goolden told The Post. 'It’s a nightmare that will not end.'
