A lesson for the world: This is how China builds a subway line nowadays

Of course. Of course. The Chinese people want to be monitored willingly. Of course. And the security cameras in pairs on the ceilings of all the railway carriages clearly visible in that video are only for decoration. Obviously, the Pope is Catholic, too. :D
Pathetic troll

Really? How many noticed those security cameras in the trains in that video? Oh, and please be sure not to lose your phone if you use it to board that train.
security cameras? this is way they are called SECURITY cameras

Of course, they are for security, for the passengers' own safety, right. But then, you also claimed this:

Who told you people can not travel anooymous?

And all those cameras pretty much make that impossible. No one can travel anonymously, they will be monitored throughout their journeys. For their own safety, of course. :D

Human history tells us that such totalitarian experiments never end well. May be China will be different. May be, but not likely.

MTA is installing them in NYC only now because the Democrat Governor wants to reduce crime, also brought on by her own policies. Guarding against creeping totalitarianism is a constant battle. Even then, these will be monitored locally, not centrally, and only for evidence against crimes on the subway after the fact. Still very different use than the shiny new Chinese subways.

The same for traveling in dirty crappy, falling apart US subway trains.

Where have I claimed anything about US subway trains. They are what they are, old and in need of updating, based on long term sustainability. China is welcome to its shiny new trains for its totalitarian system.
