I believe it! It seems that natural resources in Pakistan are mismanaged and then there is a stupid thought that they are never ending "barqat" ....Sure its a blessing but blessings are also taken away if you dont manage and appreciate them or misuse them!


This is the craziness! We were perfectly fine using NATURAL fertilizers...Organic doesnt mean no fertilizer just means no chemical based fertilizers/ pesticides! In the West they use different techniques to counter pesticides such as:
a) Grow different crops or crops that deter pests on the outer boundary or mix the crops.
b) Have genetically modified crops through breeding or biotechnology or GMO with higher resistances to pests or those which can out compete pests for resources: like with longer roots , wider root hair spread, having longer branches, larger leaves to trap more sunlight and so on!
c) Using pesticides
d) Having minimized input to reduce weeds and pests


If there is one it is dead and just eating all the "loans" it takes!


Yes they are world leaders when it comes to water management! I like their ideas of canal system and also how they keep coming up with new innovations all because of 1 major flood and they said ENOUGH! People made sacrifice and gave up their homes to allow for flood control and management and took the money and got smaller homes! Pakistan has expierenced so many floods but Maharaja ki olad dont give sacrifices nor understand how to manage anything!

Even our own govt had "employed experts from Netherlands" but despite all the money wasted for the consultancy, our govt at that time did zilch!

OF NOTE PAKISTAN HAS AVERAGE FLOW OF 140 MAF of water vs NILE 50 MAF(shared by 5 countries) and California basin 30-40MAF yet it productivity is 10X less than california because we are stuck in 1800s


first we need to line major canals
second we need to force private people to use drip for orchids
than we can come to sprinkles for general crops

O god, Why are u talking about stealing water of Sindh Delta, don't you know its so important that we can live without food and money and everything, But not find solution to deteriorating sindh delta.

Canals not lined
Water theft
Proper taxation is non existent for influential farmers.
Government officers are mostly good at drawing monthly salaries.
