20 Incredible Destinations In India No One Talks About

Kudremukh is one hell of a place to visit. Far away from humanity and the best thing is there are no telecom signals over there.
Was in a place similar to that , Papikondalu in Ap near rajamundry. was the best time as there was no cell phone reception. :)

Papikondalu and Kudremukh are different kind of places.

In Papikondalu, the guides usually take care of everything and make you feel comfortable. But in Kudremukh, you need to trek 8 KMs (total 16kms) in dense forests(There would be blood sucking leeches every where) to reach the peak.

Well our group in their infinite wisdom decided to go there in the rains. the boats stranded us and we had to trek 5 kms to a cottage which was crawling with lizards and snakes , we were in the middle of a dense forest , and needed a tractor ride to get us out to civilization.
believe me you haven't experienced anything unless you have sat on a tractor trailer over rough roads. :)
