1967 – When India beat back the Chinese.

Funny how an old man in abbotabad said to the media after the US attack on Chacha Laden's den,"For once I thought that India had attacked!!Now that I know it is the U.S. I don't worry anymore."LOL

We all saw how they supported Pakistan against India in Asia Cup match held in Dhaka :disagree: Some of them hate Pakistan and some hate India, but the gap is closing and more Bangladeshis have started to hate India cause they realised that India played a very cunning game in 71, and always wanted to break Pakistan by separating the Eastern Side for their own interests. :disagree:
They dislike India because it says they gave Bangladesh freedom while they believe they did it by themselves but hating pakistani has their own deep roots.

I think 1967 Chola incident is blown beyond portion, when 1975 Integration of Sikkim with India is far more relevant in Indo-Chinese disputes, as the latter showed no Chinese reaction despite India having established itself on territory claimed by China.

@anonymus s , your opinion on the above.

And even more so cause the majority Sikkimese populace not only wanted to merge with India but also they dreaded a Chinese invasion on the same lines as Tibet!!

Integration of Sikkim was a race between India and China, which India won.

Here is an old documentary by British on Chinese with regard to Sikkim , Nepal and Bhutan.
