15th August Black day: Pakistan's lack of preparations.

Pakistan has announced to observe 15th August as a BLACK DAY. What does it mean? Does it mean that it's limited to only announcement??? No, i think we need to broaden its meaning. We should hold conferences, seminars, rallies at home while abroad, we need to peddle the real idea by getting published articles, arranging meetings with dignatories etc. Kashmir is being highlighted just bcz of INDIAN act while we're just sitting n seeing how the things develop. It doesn't show our lack of preparations only but also the rigidity of our Strategy n Strategic-strategy development process. Pakistan has been out winked by india on kashmir but how should we react is a thing we are finding unable ourselves for..
