Family planning, good for the country, good for the people.

China is implementing this very well with changes as required from time to time. Imagine the population and the effect on the economy if this policy was not in place.

Recent years the earthquake attack moutain regions like West SiChuan and YunNan provinces, these moutain villages and towns easily get damages in earthquake by moutain debris flow.

There's only one attack in East China, 1970s TanShang earthquake. But i think it will be a huge disaster to these millions ppl of rich cities.

Yes poor infrastructure will create higher casualty. But what I find strange is that there are earthquake fault lines on the east region, but big quakes rarely happen there.

Not just in China but around the world too. Lots of earthquake fault lines under rich cities like Tokyo, California, Italy, etc. But in the last 2 decades, most natural disaster happen only in poor regions.... Haiti, Iran earthquake, Southeast Asia tsunami, etc...

The only one rich cities I can think of is Fukushima. But even then, Fukushima is poorer than some other Japanese region?
